1. The Brief
Due to a new HR process being rolled out at Cathay Pacific and a culture of non-communication with managers and staff, Cathay wanted a campaign that encouraged 2-way communication between staff and their managers during HR reviews.
2. The Solution
After producing some fun ideas involving Youtube lift dancing, Instagram paper folding and instructional HTML emails, Cathay went for a more traditional set of posters that were a little different to what they normally produced.
3. The Result
Reports back were positive and that staff were more communicative about the appraisal system prior and during their meetings.
